    How do we get started?

    As a client of Freya + Co, we help you get started with a USPS Mailbox, legal mailing address, legal file storage, and complete IRS Form 990 EZ + all attachments.  Human resources policies and procedures review. Review of finance policies. Annual board meeting facilitation. Annual volunteer/member satisfaction and engagement survey. 

  • Start up

    How do we build our programs?

    We provide Start Up clients with all services offered at the Incubator level, as well as board fiduciary training, 4 page website design, content and maintenance.  We offer quarterly reports to your Board of Directors as well as a culture of giving assessment and recommendations.  

  • Growth

    How do we grow our infrastructure?

    Growth level services include all services offered at the Incubator and Start Up level, as well as scheduled meeting space, quarterly board meeting facilitation, secure and confidential contact and donor database management.

  • Strategic

    How do we expand our impact?

    Strategic level services include all levels of service as well as digital communications support and greater involvement with donor management, identification, cultivation, and solicitation.

She also has extensive experience with chronic diseases epidemiology, especially cancer and diabetes.

Intercultural Development Inventory Qualified Administrator

The Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) assesses intercultural competence—the capability to shift cultural perspective and appropriately adapt behavior to cultural differences and commonalities.

As a QA for the IDI Liz will help you understand your IDI results in the context of your own experiences, and identify your strengths and challenges when engaging across cultures.
